So, April of 2018 is when I saw my weight skyrocket like it had never been before I was pushing 200lbs. I felt disgusting and my emotional state wasn't well . So I joined a well know fitness program and lost an initial 25lbs with the help of Keto. However, it wasn't until November 2019 when I was not seeing much of a change with that program. Don't get me wrong I absolutely loved it and all the people I met but it was time to elevate to the next level.
So, I decided to join DominateOrDie Fitness, at first I started with 2 days and then loved it so much I bumped it to 3 days and then finally 4 days. Yes I know I am a bit excessive and crazy. It is just completely different than what I had ever done.
There are several things I noticed within those months. My alignment has improved tremulousness; I used to favor one side more than the other but now I stand straight. My back, arms, legs and abs are starting to see real definition and fat is starting to melt off. Also, I lost an additional 12lbs but I am pretty sure it has been more since I have built muscle. My mental health has improved as well and I feel stronger than ever. I cannot wait to see just how far I will get with DominateOrDie Fitness. Thank you Josh for helping me achieve my goals.
